Project Management
Offering a range of project management services, including financial management, risk management, sub-contractor management, and the development and management of survey strategies. Reviews of development consent documentation, consultation management and examination management.
Support of clients in the development and delivery of consent applications for Marine Licence applications, under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 as well as consent applications for nationally significant infrastructure projects falling under the Planning Act 2008. Support of consent and licence variations as required for project design finalisation and project programme. Also supported are Offshore Wind Projects in Ireland under the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the new Maritime Area Planning Act 2021.
